James Alt
James was attacked on the beach in 1978 with his girlfriend, Barbara Nantais. He never stopped looking for the killer.
Rebecca Starbeck
Rebecca grew up with James as his cousin. She saw first hand the destruction the unsolved murder had on her family.
Jerry Alt
Jerry grew up with James as his younger brother. The emotional scars of not knowing who attacked his brother are still present to this day.

Tatro was a career criminal operating out of his van. When his blood was found on the jeans of a murder victim, police believed he was involved.
